The rules at the pickup
The same for everyone, so nobody has to argue about them.
How missed pickups work- "I'm here" only works at the pickupA driver can mark that they've arrived only when they're close to the pickup point.
- No cancelling after arrivalOnce the driver has arrived, neither side can cancel in the app.
- A 5 minute waitIf the rider doesn't come, the driver can report a no-show after 5 minutes. A missed-pickup fee then goes in the rider's ledger.
- Nobody gets stuckIf a driver goes silent long after arriving or starting the trip, the rider gets an option to close it.
