Send a parcel

Across town by bike or car, or to another city with a driver already heading that way.

Three ways to send

Choose by size and distance. You pay the driver in cash, the same as a ride.

  • Bike Delivery

Small parcels, documents and everyday items.

    In town
  • Car Delivery

Bigger parcels and boxes, collected from your door.

    In town
  • City to City Delivery

Post the delivery and drivers heading that way send you offers.

    Between cities

How sending works

  1. Set the pickup and drop-offWhere the driver collects the parcel and where it should go.
  2. Describe the parcelAdd a short description and the receiver's phone number.
  3. Choose Bike or Car DeliverySee the fare, or offer your own within the range shown.
  4. A driver collects itThey see the description and the receiver's number once they accept.
  5. Follow it on the mapWatch the driver all the way to the drop-off.
  6. It reaches the receiverOnce it's handed over, the parcel belongs to them.

Who owns the parcel

It depends only on whether it has been delivered. If a delivery is cancelled or can't be completed, the parcel stays the sender's.

Worth doing

Questions about sending

How do I pay for a delivery?

In cash to the driver, like a ride. The fare is agreed before the driver accepts.

What does the driver see?

The pickup and drop-off points, your description of the item and the receiver's phone number. They use these only to carry out the delivery.

Who owns the parcel if it can't be delivered?

The sender. A parcel belongs to the sender until it is handed to the receiver.

Can I send a parcel to another city?

Yes. Use City to City and choose Delivery. Drivers heading that way send you offers and you pick one. How city to city works.
