How a ride works
- Say where you're goingYour location fills in the pickup. Add the destination.
- Pick a ride and a fareTake the suggested fare or offer up to 10% less.
- Meet your driverFollow them on the map and message them in the app.
- Pay in cashPay the fare you agreed, then rate the driver.
A parcel belongs to the sender until it's delivered, and to the receiver after that. Never to us, and never to the driver.
Sending a parcelCheck the plate before you get in
Drivers are approved only after we check their ID card, licence, registration and vehicle photos. Riders confirm their ID card before their first booking. Rescue 1122 and Police 15 are one tap away on the app's Safety screen.
How safety worksGot a car, rickshaw, bike or Hiace?
Riders pay you in cash. Commission comes out of a prepaid wallet, and you see the amount before you send an offer. If a rider doesn't turn up, you get a share of the missed-pickup fee.
Drive with usWe don't sell it
Your information runs the service. It isn't sold or used for third-party ads.
No background tracking
Location is used while the app is open, to set pickups, match drivers and follow trips.
ID stays for checks
ID card and licence details are used to verify riders and approve drivers.
Missed pickups
If a rider doesn't come, a fee goes in their ledger and the driver who waited gets a share.
Parcels
We use the description and the receiver's number to arrange the delivery, and we don't open parcels.
